Dough balls of white corn

INGREDIENTS:
160 g corn flour (white corn)
500 ml water
salt

PREPARATION:
Heat the water with the salt until it is boiling and add the corn flour. Begin stirring energetically because the mixture thickens very quickly. Cook for a few minutes until it no longer sticks to the saucepan’s walls. Leave it to chill and make balls out of it. Serve with different stews. On the photo below they have a heart shape and were served with an African chicken stew with coconut milk called kuku paka. Click HERE for its recipe.
