INGREDIENTS:
1 kg potatoes
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon hot paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dry thyme
1 teaspoon dry oregano
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon bouillon cube
PREPARATION:
Peel the potatoes and boil them for about 10 minutes in slightly salted water so that they get soft without getting completely boiled. Remove them from the water and leave them to chill. Cut them into strips.
Mix all the spices except for the olive oil and add them to the potatoes. Combine them well and put them into a wide baking tray. Add the olive oil. Bake at 220°C for about 25-30 minutes. Serve them warm.
