Creamy smoked salmon spaghetti

INGREDIENTS:
Makes 2 servings
240-260 g spaghetti
1 shallot
120 g smoked salmon
200 ml liquid cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
chives
black pepper
salt

INGREDIENTS:
Bring about 2 litres of water to a boil. When the water begins boiling add a tablespoon of salt and the spaghetti. Boil them for as many minutes as written on their box. Drain them in a colander.
While the spaghetti are boiling cut the shallot in small pieces. Do the same for the smoked salmon. Fry the shallot in the olive oil in a deep pan until they brown. Add the salmon and liquid cream. Cook until the sauce thickens and add the cooked and drained spaghetti. Season with black pepper and serve the spaghetti sprinkled with finely cut chives.
