Moroccan chickpeas salad

INGREDIENTS:
400 g boiled/canned chickpeas
3 tomatoes
5 roasted peppers
olives (I didn’t add them to my salad but the original recipe has them)
2-3 garlic cloves
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
the juice of ½ lemon
fresh coriander
parsley
salt

PREPARATION:
Cut the peppers and the tomatoes into small pieces and crush or cut the garlic. Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle with coriander and parsley. Serve chilled.
