INGREDIENTS:
400 g boiled canned chickpeas
5 roasted red peppers
1 red onion head
2 garlic cloves
olive oil
vinegar
salt
fresh parsley
PREPARATION:
Wash the chickpeas and drain them. Cut the roasted and peeled red peppers, as well as the onion and garlic. Mix the chickpeas, peppers, onion and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt, olive oil and vinegar to taste. Stir and sprinkle with finely cut fresh parsley.
