Salad with cabbage peppers and garlic

INGREDIENTS:
1 small head of cabbage
2-3 carrots
5-6 baked red peppers
4-5 garlic cloves
50 ml olive oil
25 ml vinegar
salt
parsley (optional)

PREPARATION:
Cut the cabbage and the carrots into very small pieces using a food processor. Put them into a big bowl, add salt and vinegar and combine them. Add baked red peppers. Cut the garlic and fry it in olive oil. Add it together with the olive oil to the salad and stir.
