Avocado pudding
INGREDIENTS:
200 ml liquid cream
2 avocados
100 g powdered sugar
100 g ground almonds
PREPARATION:
Whip the cream together with the powdered sugar. Add mashed avocado and beat again. Add the almonds and stir. Decorate with whipped cream.
