Popcakes with surprise

INGREDIENTS:
For the sponge:
3 eggs
1 ½ cup sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup grated coconut
2 sachets (of 10 g each) baking powder
grated lemon peel
vanilla

(1 cup = 250 ml)

For the cream:
1 tin condensed milk (395 g)
1 box cream cheese
100 g powdered sugar
50 g butter

For the inside:
500 g pitted cocktail cherries

For the glaze:
200 g chocolate (70% cocoa)
100 ml cream
50 g butter

PREPARATION:
Sponge
Beat the eggs and the sugar with a hand mixer. Add the yogurt and the sunflower oil and beat again. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and the vanilla. Add the grated coconut and the lemon peel. Pour it all into a baking pan that has been greased with butter and floured. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. Use a wooden skewer to check whether it is ready. Once the sponge is ready and has chilled, chop it into small pieces and mix it with the cream cheese, powdered sugar, condensed milk and butter.
Make small balls from this mixture and place a cherry inside each one of them. Leave them in a fridge.

Glaze
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it together with the butter in bain-marie. After that add the liquid cream. Put each of the balls into this mixture in order to glaze them. Decorate as you wish.
