Peanut butter cupcakes

INGREDIENTS:
For the cocoa dough:
150 g butter
200 g sugar
200 g all-purpose flour
200 ml milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon soda
vanilla

For the filling:
5-6 tablespoons peanut butter
4-5 tablespoons powdered sugar

For the peanut cream:
200 ml liquid cream
3-4 tablespoons peanut butter
4-5 tablespoons powdered sugar

PREPARATION:
Dough
Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and soft butter. Add the milk. Sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda onto it and stir again.

Mix the peanut butter with the powdered sugar for the filling.

Fill up paper muffin cups to the half point and place them in muffin molds. In each of them put a little of the filling and cover with dough.

Peanut butter cupcakes

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Check whether they are ready using a wooden skewer. Leave them to chill.

Peanut cream
Mix the peanut butter with the powdered sugar and just a little of the cream. The remaining cream should be whipped. Add the peanut mixture and again beat with a mixer. Put this mixture into a pastry bag. Pip the cream onto the muffins.
