Мakes 9-10 breads
about 380-400 g all-purpose flour
200 ml milk
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
7 g dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
butter for baking
Dissolve the dry yeast and sugar in the warmed milk. Put the flour in a large bowl and make a well in it. Pour all the ingredients into the well, and finally add the dissolved yeast. Knead a soft dough. If the dough is sticky, add more flour. Divide the dough into 10 small balls and arrange them in a flour-dusted tray at a distance from each other. Leave them to rise for about an hour, covered with transparent foil.
Then roll them into circles with a thickness of 3-4 mm.
Cook them in a heated pan at medium temperature with a little butter for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve them warm.
