Mango Tapioca Pudding

Мango sago pudding

INGREDIENTS:
80 g tapioca pearls
160 g sugar (to taste)
800 ml water
200 g coconut milk
2 mangoes

whipped cream for decoration

PREPARATION:
Bring the tapioca pearls together with the sugar to a boil. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes with a continuous stir so that they don’t stick to the bottom of the saucepan. Add the coconut milk and continue boiling for another 10-15 minutes until the cream thickens. Add the mango cut into cubes but set some of it aside to decorate the glasses (for serving). Stir and put the pudding into glasses. Once they cool decorate with whipped cream and pieces of mango.
