Keto pizza without flour

INGREDIENTS:
Makes 4 pizzas
For the dough:
400 g grated mozzarella
100 g cream cheese
260 g almond flour (ground almonds)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon psyllium husk
¼ – ½ teaspoon salt (to taste)

You can put cheese, salami, ham, sausages, mushrooms, bacon, different sauces or spices of your choice on the pizza. Here are the products that I used:
5-6 tablespoons tomato sauce or tomato puree
2 raw sausages
80 g bacon
100 g cheddar cheese
200 g mushrooms (pre-cooked in a pan with 1-2 tablespoons ghee butter or olive oil until all of the liquid evaporates)
10-15 cherry tomatoes
dry basil
dry oregano
100 g mozzarella

fresh basil

PREPARATION:
Mix the grated mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl and microwave the mixture at the highest power level for about 2 minutes. Remove the bowl, stir the melted cheese. Add the almond flour, husk, eggs and salt and stir until they combine into a dough. Put the dough between two sheets of baking powder and roll it out into a big circle that is about 6-8 mm thick. If you prefer you can make it into 4 separate smaller pizzas.

Spread the tomato sauce or béchamel sauce or sour cream onto the dough. Place the chosen products for the topping of the pizza. Leave only the soft cheeses like mozzarella aside and put them onto the pizza 5 minutes before finishing baking.

Bake on a sheet of baking paper in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes or until it browns. Serve sprinkled with fresh basil.
