500-600 g ground lamb or veal meat
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it until it softens. Add it to the minced meat together with the egg, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, parsley and salt. Mix it well and leave it to rest for half an hour.
Make the meatballs, dredge them in flour and fry them.
