Congolese Salad
INGREDIENTS:
2 tomatoes
1 small onion
1 cucumber
200 g cabbage
1 green chili pepper
coriander
For the dressing:
50 ml palm oil (or olive oil)
20 ml lemon juice
salt
PREPARATION:
Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Dressing
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and combine them. Then mix the vegetables and add the dressing.
