Burrata salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 burrata
2-3 slices prosciutto crudo
2-3 tomatoes
a handful of arugula
cherry tomatoes
fresh basil
For the dressing:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
salt
PREPARATION:
Wrap the burrata in 2-3 slices of prosciutto crudo and place it at the center of a plate. Put the arugula around it. Place slices of tomatoes onto the arugula. Decorate with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Season with salt and pour the dressing onto the salad.
