Chocolate cake, similar to brownie
For a square-shaped cake (20×20 cm; 9 pieces):
250 g dark chocolate
150 g sugar
150 g butter
50 g all-purpose flour
powdered sugar for dusting
Melt the chocolate and butter in bain-marie or over the lowest possible level of heat (1 or 2 out of 9 possible heat levels in my case).
Beat the eggs together with the sugar using a mixer until they triple in volume. Add the flour and beat again. Add the melted chocolate and butter. Stir until they combine. Pour the mixture into a square cooking tray or another cake mold, covered with baking paper.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Let it chill and optionally dust with powdered sugar. I used a cake decorating stencil.
