Fattoush salad

INGREDIENTS:
2-3 green salad leaves
1 cucumber
a handful of cherry tomatoes or 1-2 regular tomatoes
1 green pepper
2-3 radishes
½ red onion (head)
2-3 green onion sprigs
1 tablespoon finely cut mint
2 pita breads (Arab-style bread)

Dressing:
50 ml olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon pomegranate juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove of fresh garlic (grated)
1 level tablespoon sumac
1 level tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION:
Tear the pita breads into small pieces, pour some olive oil onto them and bake them in the oven until they brown. Remove from the oven and set them aside to chill.
Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces. Mix them and add the pieces of pita bread.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar, close it and shake. Pour onto the salad.
