Einkorn crackers

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cup einkorn flour
1 cup white flour
100 ml olive oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons sesame
3 tablespoons black sesame
3 tablespoons flaxseed
3 teaspoons poppy seed
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Of course, you can use other seeds as well or swap some of the suggested ones for others.

1 cup = 250 ml

PREPARATION:
Mix the two flours, baking powder, salt and seeds. Add the water and olive oil. Knead until you have a dough that isn’t sticky. If needed add 1-2 tablespoons of flour more. Roll the dough out and make it a few millimeters thin. Using a pizza cutter or a knife cut it into triangles.

Einkorn crackers

You can spread beaten egg and more seeds onto the crackers. Transfer them onto a sheet of baking paper in a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until they start turning pink in color.

On the photo below they have been served with a cheese cream made of mashed white cheese and several spoons of sour cream.
