Coconut baskets with chocolate

INGREDIENTS:
For the baskets (makes 20 baskets):
4 egg whites
80 g powdered sugar
200 g coconut flakes
a pinch of salt

For the filling:
400 g chocolate spread
200 g mascarpone

PREPARATION:
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they form peaks. Add the powdered sugar and then finally add the coconut flakes while carefully stirring with a spatula. Put about a tablespoon of the mixture into paper muffin cups. Using a spoon form a basket inside each cup. Bake at 180°C in a pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes. Leave the baskets to chill. Once they have chilled put some of the filling into them. To make the filling mix the mascarpone with the chocolate spread and combine them. Decorate with sugar decorations.
