Latin American coconut sweets

Cocadas

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups coconut flour
60 ml sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons Dulce de leche
1 egg white
a pinch of salt
vanilla
100 g milk chocolate (or dark)

1 cup = 250 ml

PREPARATION:
Whisk the egg white together with a pinch of salt. Add the condensed milk, Dulce de leche and vanilla. Knead and form small balls out of the dough. Put them onto a sheet of baking paper and into a baking tray. If you prefer the cocadas to be white swap the Dulce de leche for more condensed milk.
