Broccoli-potato puree

INGREDIENTS:
400 g potatoes
400 g broccoli
50 g butter
1 onion head
2-3 tablespoons sunflower oil or olive oil
black pepper
salt

PREPARATION:
Boil the potatoes (peeled and cut into pieces) in salted water until they get almost soft. Floret the broccoli and add them to the potatoes. Keep boiling under a lid for another 5-6 minutes. Drain the vegetables from the water and blend them. Add the butter and stir until it melts.
Peel the onion and cut it into very small pieces. Fry it in the cooking oil until it softens. Add it to the potatoes and the broccoli and blend again. Season with salt and black pepper and serve.
