Biscuits with parmesan

INGREDIENTS:
Makes about 40 biscuits
100 g all-purpose flour
80 g parmesan
80 g butter
1 egg white
salt

PREPARATION:
Mix the flour, grated parmesan, butter, egg white and salt in a bowl. Knead a smooth dough and roll it out so that it is about ½ cm thick. Cut out the shapes that you want from it. Put them onto a sheet of baking paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for about 10-12 minutes or until their color changes into slightly pink.
