Beef steak with penny bun sauce

INGREDIENTS:
2 beef steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
black pepper
salt

For the sauce:
50 ml liquid cream
2 tablespoons sour cream
5-6 boletus mushrooms
white pepper
salt

PREPARATION:
Rinse the steaks and dry them with kitchen paper. Season with salt and black pepper and pour a little olive oil onto them.
Heat some olive oil in a pan. Fry the steaks for about 1-2 minutes from each side. When you turn them around add the butter and fry until they brown from the other side as well. Remove them and leave them to rest for about 5 minutes.
You should in no way make holes in the steaks with a fork because they will lose their juices this way. Turn them around using kitchen tongs or something similar.

Sauce
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and put them into the same pan where you fried the steaks. Stir until they brown a little. Add the liquid cream and the sour cream as well as the white pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens.

Serve the steaks with the sauce.
