INGREDIENTS:
200 g mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sriracha (Asian chili tomato sauce)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
PREPARATION:
Mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey and vinegar in a bowl. Stir to combine them well.
The sauce goes very well with different kinds of meat, grilled vegetables or vegetable croquettes.
